If you are buying, I follow a systematic and carefully developed plan, searching out all available options with the various resources I have at our disposal; such as, resale homes listed by other agents or new homes listed by the builder or developer.  This way I can help you find your dream home, whether it is your primary residence, vacation/recreational retreat or investment property.
